Makes me proud to be a Melburnian.  Although strictly speaking it’s ‘smashed avo’, not avocado toast.

    And he should have made his way out to Dandenong for the Afghan, Indian, Pakistani food…it’s a culinary paradise.

    Excellent article. We moved to Brisbane in the 1990’s and I feel the same nostalgia!
